$30.00

Course Length: 2.5 Hours

Lameness is one of the most complex and frustrating challenges in equine care—for both the rider and the veterinarian. In this in-depth Team Talk, Dr. Travis Kelter brings his whole-horse approach to help horse owners better understand the diagnosis, treatment, and management of equine performance issues.

This session goes far beyond the limbs. You’ll explore commonly overlooked causes of poor performance and subtle signs that often go unnoticed until the horse is in significant discomfort. From neuromuscular issues like PSSM, to kissing spine, cervical osteoarthritis, and GI-related pain, Dr. Kelter offers insight on how to connect the dots between diagnosis and daily care.

Whether you’re managing an older horse, a performance athlete, or doing a pre-purchase evaluation, this talk provides real-world strategies for integrating routine veterinary care with preventative health planning.
