Digital & Online Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of digital and online products are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online courses
- Recorded webinars and Team Talks
- Guided meditation recordings
- Educational downloads, checklists, or resources
- Conditioning programs and digital learning materials
- Any other digitally delivered educational content
All products are delivered electronically. Once access has been granted, a product has been downloaded, or course materials have been viewed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Because digital access cannot be revoked once issued, this policy applies in all cases unless otherwise required by law.
Course Access & Technical Support
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchased course or materials, please contact us and we will work with you to restore access as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Purchases
We encourage all customers to carefully review course descriptions prior to purchase to ensure the content aligns with their needs.
If you believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
Live Training & In-Person Courses
All registrations for live training, workshops, and in-person courses purchased through our website are non-refundable.
Due to limited capacity and the hands-on nature of these educational experiences, your registration secures a reserved space that cannot be reallocated once booked.
Event Changes or Cancellations
In the event that Inhand Equine Therapy must cancel or reschedule a live course or training event, registered participants will be offered:
- A transfer to a future course date, or
- A full refund
